1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Install" on the Shopify App Store listing for PartsDiagram Pro, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Service Description

PartsDiagram Pro provides merchants with tools to create and display interactive parts diagrams on their Shopify stores, including:

• •A web-by-proxy delivery system for serving diagram pages
• •A hotspot editor for mapping diagram regions to Shopify products
• •A Polaris-based theme integration that inherits your store's design
• •Navigation menus for organizing multiple diagrams
• •Analytics dashboards for tracking diagram engagement

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To use PartsDiagram Pro, you must have an active Shopify store in good standing. Your account is linked to your Shopify store and managed through your Shopify admin. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Payment

PartsDiagram Pro uses Shopify's billing system for all paid plan charges.

• •Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• •All charges appear in your Shopify admin under "Apps" billing
• •New merchants receive a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan
• •Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• •We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Violate any applicable law or regulation
• •Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• •Upload diagrams or content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other merchants' data
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to diagram images and hotspot configurations you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content solely to provide the Service.

Our platform: PartsDiagram Pro, including its code, design, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartsDiagram Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

By you: Cancel your subscription and uninstall from your Shopify admin at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

By us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately without notice if you violate these Terms or if continued service poses a risk to our infrastructure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PartsDiagram Pro is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where unavailable, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
